           Gene, Terri & Emily ready for the             swim & paddle across Lake Florida
Emily has been coming to Lake Florida all her life with her mom, dad & brother Eric. They stay in cabin #5.
On Monday she commented that she would like to swim across Lake Florida.On Tuesday, July 12th, she did it! Emily is on the swim team at Apollo High School so this is not like “I” decided to swim across Lake Florida! 🙂
Her mom and dad set off in the double kayak and Bob took Emily to the public access to
Almost to the other side of Lake Florida!
begin her swim. 45 minutes later Emily was at the dam on the other side of the lake. Congratulations Emily!!
