* Reservations will be held  for 5 days without a deposit.

* Deposits for non–prime time reservations are $100 less than for prime time reservations.

* Deposits will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the cottage—less a $100 office fee.

* Guests are responsible for the entire length of their reservation. Please let us know if you will be arriving late or leaving early.

* There is an additional fee of $40 per night for overnight guests over the base rate. Cottages #10 & 12 are $50 per night for extra guests. There is also a charge for daytime guests based on the amount of time spent at the resort.                     

* Please do not invite guests without asking Bob or Connie first. 

 

Summer Weekly Reservations  June 14th  —August 23rd, 2008

* Check in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday—no early check ins are permitted

* Check out is anytime before 7:00 p.m. on Friday (weekly rentals)

* When making your reservation please let us know if you have any special needs such as motors, cribs or highchairs

* If you plan to use a hide-a-bed, you must bring your own  linens or sleeping bag.

* Spring and fall check in times can be arranged on an  individual basis.

All cottages and resort grounds are smoke free. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets

 

Cottage #1 Our only 1 bedroom cottage. It has a combination tub/shower,  vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area, track lighting and ceiling fan.

 

Cottages #2-3-4 These cottages are the same size as #1. Each has 2  small bedrooms  and a shower in the bathroom. The living room/ kitchen ceiling is vaulted with a ceiling fan.

 

Cottages #5-8-9 Each has a master bedroom with a queen bed & another bedroom with 2 double beds. They all have a tub/shower. Cottages #5 & #8 have a patio door to lakeside deck & ceiling fan

in the living room.

 

Cottage #6  2 bedrooms downstairs & a loft bedroom.
Living room and kitchen are vaulted with a skylight over the kitchen area. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Ceiling fans in the 2 downstairs bedrooms & living room.

 

Cottage #7 Spacious cottage with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Master bath has a shower & the second bathroom has tub/shower. The vaulted living room has a gas fireplace and ceiling fan.

   

Cottage #10 2 story cottage-3 bedrooms up & 2 bedrooms down. Full bath with tub/shower on each floor. Gas fireplace in living room. Living/dining open to second level. Ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms & living room. Base rate is for up to 8 people and 4 bedrooms.

 

Cottage #11 2 bedrooms. It has a large living room with gas fireplace, ceiling fan in the living room & master bedroom. Patio door to the lake. Large kitchen with snack bar. Tub/ shower in the bathroom.

 

Cottage #12   *New in 2005 * Very spacious! Great cottage for those who want to be away from the action. It is a 2 story cottage with 2 baths and 3 or 4 bedrooms. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. The 2nd story bedroom has a deck on the lakeside. Ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms & living room.

 

Cottage #13    Second floor cottage (above our storage garage) with 3 separate bedrooms. Bathroom has a tub/shower. Kitchen/dinette & living room have a patio door  to a large deck looking over the lake & the resort. The master  bedroom & living room have skylights. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.
