Today was a beautiful day. We woke up to all the trees covered in frost. We’re very thankful we aren’t getting all of the snow like Colorado, but we sure could use some! Bob put the snow blower on the tractor today (just in case!) Open water looks great! We lost a lot of ice over night. Lake Florida is probably 50% ice free. We were relieved when we got up this morning that the ice wasn’t piled 10 feet high on our beach and yard. [...] Most of us living here in Minnesota have had enough of winter. A couple of times in the last few weeks it has appeared to be “almost” over and then we get another little blast of snow and/or cold.
